For this project, we repaired and painted areas of decaying wood on the south side of the farmhouse.
Failed stucco was restored back to sound stucco and damaged clay bricks were removed and replaced with salvaged replacements. New downspouts were installed to direct water past the outer wall.
We are restoring elements of the roof, the exterior envelope and front porch, windows and doors, as well as the first floor's Council Chambers and dining room.
EDGAR ALLEN POE HOUSE MUSEUM
The scope of work for this project included masonry spot pointing throughout, wood repair and replacement, and a new coat of paint on exterior elements.
THE FLAG HOUSE
After a car accident damaged the exterior wall and fence, Durable Restoration restored the damaged brick and iron fence with historically accurate alternatives.
BELMONT COUNTY VICTORIAN MUSEUM
Our scope of work for this project included building a wrap-around porch, installing box gutters, downspouts, and new metal wall flashing.
WASHINGTON COUNTY MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS
Our scope of work included repairing the building's skylights with new copper, and replacing some of the glass panels.
NEIL ARMSTRONG AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM
Our crews excavated five stories below grade to build an addition to the museum that holds additional display space and made the museum handicap accessible.
HERITAGE PARK LOG HOUSE
Once a private residence on Main Street in Groveport, Ohio, the historic log home was saved by the Groveport Heritage Society and relocated to Heritage Park to make way for a new post office building.
REESE PETERS HOUSE
Our scope of work for this project included structural stabilization, custom wood work, and masonry restoration of the walls and chimneys.
