To combat severe water intrusion, Durable Restoration stabilized the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce through selective masonry repointing and the application of a high-performance Keim Mineral Coating.
Preservation efforts included replacing the cedar shake roof with an in-kind replacement; repairing and preserving the upper floor windows, trim, and dormers; and, finally, repairing and resetting the upper belltower.
For this project, our masons casted, molded and carved various pieces including a ledge and column.
