STATE OF OHIO STATEHOUSE
Our most recent project involved restoration work to the rotunda, including the box gutter at the perimeter and structural stabilization of the masonry.
HOTEL ST. CLAIR
Originally built in 1910 as the St. Clair Hospital, the building was later converted into a hotel that served predominantly African-Americans, including many nationally renowned musical acts. Today, this beautifully restored building functions as senior housing.
BROAD STREET PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Our restoration work included a complete slate roof restoration and replacing most of the flashings and the front radial box gutter.
THE COLUMBUS FOUNDATION
Formerly home to ten Ohio governors, this classic structure is on the National Registry of historic buildings. The historic mansion was built for Charles Lindberg who lived in the home for fourteen years before the State of Ohio purchased the property in 1919.
