THE FLAG HOUSE
After a car accident damaged the exterior wall and fence, Durable Restoration restored the damaged brick and iron fence with historically accurate alternatives.
We repaired the original steel structure at the base, approximately 30 bullet holes, and the separated copper seams. The sandstone base was cleaned, pointed, and repaired as needed.
The steel structural support of Union Terminal began to rust, pushing the bricks out of the structure. Durable Restoration restored the damaged brick to replicate the original façade.
MARYLAND HISTORIC TRUST
Our scope of work included repairing the building's skylight, installing mirror-coated glass panels, and replicating upper vent caps and seam caps over glass rails in copper.
TAMPA THEATRE
For this project, our masons casted, molded and carved various pieces including a ledge and column.

ST. MARY’S CATHEDRAL
Durable Restoration installed new underlayment and replaced damaged slate across the roof of the cathedral.
ST. CHARLES PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Durable Restoration installed a new slate roof along with new flashings to St. Charles Presbyterian. In addition to this, we built a new columbarium.
STATE OF OHIO STATEHOUSE
Our most recent project involved restoration work to the rotunda, including the box gutter at the perimeter and structural stabilization of the masonry.
BELMONT COUNTY VICTORIAN MUSEUM
Our scope of work for this project included building a wrap-around porch, installing box gutters, downspouts, and new metal wall flashing.
