baltimore city hall being reconstructed by the durable restoration company
For this project, The Durable Slate Company was called in to perform gutter repair around the perimeter of the building.
The steel structural support of Union Terminal began to rust, pushing the bricks out of the structure. Durable Restoration restored the damaged brick to replicate the original façade.
MARYLAND HISTORIC TRUST
Our scope of work included repairing the building's skylight, installing mirror-coated glass panels, and replicating upper vent caps and seam caps over glass rails in copper.
STATE OF OHIO STATEHOUSE
Our most recent project involved restoration work to the rotunda, including the box gutter at the perimeter and structural stabilization of the masonry.
THE HOTEL SOWLES
The hotel was completely remodeled in 1888. Historic records show that every Ohio Governor from Worthington to McKinley stayed at the Hotel Sowles.
HOTEL ST. CLAIR
Originally built in 1910 as the St. Clair Hospital, the building was later converted into a hotel that served predominantly African-Americans, including many nationally renowned musical acts. Today, this beautifully restored building functions as senior housing.
